Workshops and Webinars

Community-Based Sessions
Our caregiver and fall prevention workshops are offered both online and in-person at trusted community spaces — including libraries, churches, senior housing complexes, and other public venues. We partner with organizations that serve aging adults and their families, making these sessions easy to attend and rooted in real-life needs.

These sessions offer well-rounded insight on caregiving, home safety, and aging in place. They’re designed to equip you with tools, resources, and strategies from professionals in the field — including occupational therapists, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and social workers. Whether you’re caring for a loved one or planning ahead for yourself, you’ll leave with practical guidance you can use right away.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Low-cost, effective safety ideas

  • Step-by-step home modification tips

  • Real-life examples and stories from local families

  • Worksheets and handouts to take home

  • Personalized reflection and goal-setting

  • Live Q&A during each session

Each session builds on the last —giving you time to reflect, apply what you’ve learned, and come back with questions.
