Welcome to "Safe Aging In Your Home" an empowering coaching group, a supportive community where you don't have to navigate these questions alone and where you learn that leaving your cherished home is not the only option.

In this coaching group, you will learn to identify your physical strengths and areas that may place you at risk for injury or falls. We explore practical ways to adapt your living environment to decrease fall risks and improve your ability to continue to efficiently engage in everyday care tasks at your desired activity level.

Learn to safely age in your home, gaining knowledge from expert-led discussions and practical solutions to allow you to adapt how you perform tasks and setup your environment to bring you improved safety and your loved ones greater peace of mind.
