There are changes ranging from numerous low-cost options and equipment to more extensive changes in the layout of a home that can significantly reduce fall risks and improve independence of older adults desiring to remain in their homes.
In-Home Assessment
We provide a comprehensive in-home consultation lasting approximately 1 hour, focusing on identifying existing safety hazards and providing professional recommendations on adaptations to your home to enhance safety and independence for aging adults and those living with sudden injuries or with chronic conditions.
After the consultation, you'll receive a detailed written report of our meeting, including visual aids and links for purchasing the recommended equipment.

Have there been falls? Are your aging parents struggling to do every day personal care tasks? Are You concerned about their safety in the bathroom, bedroom, or any room in their home? Schedule a home safety evaluation. Services may be covered in part by Medicare, you will be provided with a bill which you can submit to see if will be reimbursed. Payment due at time of assessment.
